One year ago, on February 17th, 2011 Sandra Viviana Cuellar Gallego a 26-year- old environmental engineer and activist from Cali, Colombia disappeared.

At the time of her disappearance, Sandra was on her way to the National University in Palmira, Valle del Cauca department. Her identity card and cell phone were found a few days later near the place where she was supposed to take a public bus. According to her family, Sandra may have been approached by criminals close to her parents home.

One year later, nobody knows who took her away from us, and the National Attorney has not provided much informatiom regarding the investigation. Today, this crime remains unpunished.

By signing the following letter you can demand Colombia’s National General Attorney to give a response regarding the investigation on Sandra’s disappearance.
